Welcome to the Nurt Blog

Welcome to the Nurt Blog

Nurt Team · 3/26/2026 · 1 min read

We’re launching the Nurt Blog as a space for thoughtful writing on mental health, nursing, psychotherapy, burnout, and the realities of care work.

Today we’re opening a new part of Nurt: a public blog where we can share ideas, reflections, and practical insights connected to mental health and care work.

This space will bring together writing from the Nurt team and from nurse psychotherapists on topics that matter in real practice. That includes the pressures of burnout, the complexity of supporting others, the experience of working within health systems, and the challenge of caring for yourself while caring for other people.

We want this blog to feel useful, grounded, and thoughtful. Not content for the sake of content, but writing that helps people think more clearly, feel more understood, or approach care with a little more perspective.

What you can expect

  • reflections on psychotherapy and nursing-informed care
  • writing on burnout, stress, and emotional sustainability
  • practical perspectives from clinicians in real-world practice
  • thoughtful pieces on trauma, boundaries, and mental wellbeing

Nurt was built to help people find psychotherapists who understand the realities of nursing and care work. The blog is an extension of that same idea: creating more room for relevant voices, practical knowledge, and meaningful conversation.

We’re glad you’re here, and we’re looking forward to building this space over time.
