Platform role

NURT provides directory, referral, profile management, and inquiry tools. It does not provide medical advice, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, diagnosis, or emergency response services.

User responsibilities

By using the platform, you agree not to misuse it. This includes, for example:

• Submitting false, misleading, or abusive content
• Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or admin functions
• Using the platform for spam, scraping, or unlawful activity

Clinician responsibilities

Clinicians are responsible for the accuracy of their profile content, credentials, availability, fees, and communications with clients. NURT may review, approve, suspend, or remove profiles at its discretion.

No guarantee of matches or outcomes

NURT does not guarantee that users will find a therapist, receive a response, secure an appointment, or achieve any specific clinical outcome from using the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.
