Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains, at a high level, what information NURT collects, why it is collected, and how it is used.

Information we collect

We collect information that users and clinicians submit directly through the platform. This may include names, email addresses, profile details, registration information, phone numbers, inquiry content, and uploaded profile photos.

How we use information

We use submitted information to operate the platform, including:

  • Creating and managing clinician accounts
  • Reviewing clinician applications and approvals
  • Displaying approved public profiles
  • Delivering client inquiries to clinicians inside the platform
  • Maintaining platform security, audit history, and basic analytics

Public profile information

Information included on approved clinician profiles is intended to be publicly accessible and indexable by search engines. Clinicians should only publish content they are comfortable sharing publicly.

Data handling

We take reasonable steps to protect data stored in the platform, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Access to admin and clinician areas is role-restricted, and certain actions are recorded for audit purposes.

Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time as the platform evolves, our operational practices change, or legal requirements require clarification or expansion.
