I provide psychotherapy and counselling for adults who are working through challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, medical journeys, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, relationships, parenthood, workplace stress and life transitions. I have additional training to support clients with oncology (cancer) experiences, infertility, perinatal medical complexity, high risk pregnancy/birth, perinatal/birth trauma, near-miss experiences, NICU journeys, loss (termination) for medical reasons, perinatal loss and infant loss.
