I’m a Muslim-Somali woman and a proud Canadian. I'm also a pediatric nurse and a mom of three boys. I’ve spent years at the bedside, and I know what it’s like to care for others while quietly carrying a lot yourself. I’ve also lived and worked in Canada, the UAE, and Kenya, which has shaped how I understand people, culture, and support. I work with new nurses who feel overwhelmed in high-pressure or toxic environments, as well as moms caring for children with complex medical needs. Both roles can feel heavy—and often lonely. I offer a space where you can simply be human. No pressure, no judgment—just support as you sort through burnout, stress, and everything you’ve been carrying on your own.
